Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets. All sales are final. Any patron not in their seat by the stated event start time may see their seat forfeited to someone else without a .
General Policies
For the comfort and safety of all patrons and performers, the following rules are enforced:
—The lobby opens one hour prior to showtime. Stop by for our community coffee hour and meet your theatre-loving neighbors! Cash-based themed refreshments are available for purchase before the show and during intermission.
—The Auditorium doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to showtime. Guests (even ticketed ones) arriving after the stated showtime may not be admitted.
—No children under the age of six will be admitted.
—All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
—To keep our space clean, neither food nor drink is allowed inside the Auditorium.
—No recording (video, audio, or photography) of the performance is allowed.
—Anyone creating a disturbance or behaving inappropriately during a performance will be asked to leave.
By purchasing and/or accepting a ticket, you consent to all these policies.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hazel Park Drama).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
