Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets. All sales are final.

General Policies
For the comfort and safety of all patrons, the following rules are enforced:
—Guests should park in the back lot, near the stadium entrance.
—No children under the age of five are admitted.
—All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
—No food or drink inside the Auditorium.
—No filming or photography of production allowed.
—Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Late guests may not be admitted.
—Donation-based refreshments are available during the show.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hazel Park Drama). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
